How we use your work details, and how to stop us.

Rightmed Ltd (17539761, registered office 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, IP28 7DE) is the data controller for the information described here. Contact us at privacy@rightmed.co.uk. We have applied to register with the Information Commissioner’s Office; our registration number will appear here once it is issued.

We write to dispensing GP practices about our margin audit service. We found your name and role in public sources: your practice’s website, its NHS website profile and the CQC register. We found your practice’s address in NHS public data.

• Your name, job title and the practice you work at.
• The practice’s postal address and main phone number. We don’t hold personal phone numbers or home addresses.
• A record of what we’ve sent you, any calls, and any reply. That includes a request to stop.

We also use public NHS prescribing and dispensing data about your practice, to choose which practices to write to. That data is about the practice, not about you, and contains no patient information.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: telling dispensing practices about a service directly relevant to the work of the people we write to. We keep it to work details at your work address. Before calling a practice, we check its number against the Corporate Telephone Preference Service.

Only Rightmed. Our email provider and call-booking page (Zoho, with data held in the UK) and our website host (Cloudflare) store data on our behalf. We don’t sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.

We delete your details 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client. If you ask us to stop, we keep only your practice’s name and the date you asked, so that we never contact you again.

This site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. Our host may briefly record technical data such as IP addresses to keep the site secure.
